This canvas is part of the Illusion collection. Why Illusion? It's the line that's created between the sky and the earth, which seem to merge into one. Everything seems so far away and so close at the same time, for me it's as if the whole landscape is floating on the hills and the road. Magical for me. The white background highlights all the hues of the landscape. This canvas exudes softness with its floating lines, and goes very well with an armchair, a dining room or a desk.

I mix the different techniques I've learned to get my idea. Landscapes, but especially trees and forests, captivate me with their diversity and possibilities. I like them unique, isolated, in an uncluttered, minimalist landscape to really see the strength of the tree, or in the forest, like a group of friends getting together...
