Artist's interpretation of the work:
This ligularia leaf captured the artist's attention with its varied holes made by insects. She used the same leaf in 2 passes under the press, one in positive, hidden behind like a wink, the other in front, imposing itself in negative. The framing in blue and burnt Sienna gives the effect of a window through which we look with curiosity.

She is interested in abstraction, research and experimentation, with all their surprises and errors. For her, creation is a dance with the random, where the reactions of the material to her gesture surprise her and lead to expressive works in motion.
